Donizetti’s comic masterpiece and an absolute gem. This delightful opera is imbued with tenderness and humour. It is impossible not to empathise with the bashful village boy Nemorino. He is besotted with the wealthy Adina but she rejects him. In abject misery he turns to the dreadful and dazzling Dr Dulcamara for a love potion.. Sung in English.
