Visiting Iford - Practicalities

PracticalitiesParking: There is ample parking close to the manor.

Timings: Gates open at 6 pm for picnics. Performances start at 7.30pm, usually with one 30 minute interval. Carriages at 10.30pm for 10.45 (Times may change with performances.)

Dress: There is no dress code but we suggest smart-casual for opera and informal for cloister concerts and jazz promenades. The garden is steep in places, so wear appropriate footwear.

Refreshments: Complimentary tea and coffee are served in the opera interval. At jazz promenades there is a bar. White wine is available to purchase at all events.

Children: Due to the nature of the garden, children under the age of 12 cannot be admitted to any event.

Weather: All events go ahead in inclement weather but dress accordingly. Check the website for updates.
